A rocky weekend for young Alfie Slater at Mansell Raceway for MSA UK round 3.

TQ – 17th

Heat 1 – Started P17 Finished P18💥🏎
Heat 2 – Started P17 Finished P21💥🏎

Final – Started P19 Finished P7

From being strong in practice to a very frustrating qualifying put Alfie in the dreaded mid pack for the heats. The heats quickly turned into the nightmare of crashing and put him at the back both race luckily with strong pace he managed to get back some positions but not enough.

With it only being a 2 day meeting meant there was no Pre-Final so pressure was on for the final. Starting 19th Alfie luckily avoided the mayhem in the first corner and ended up 8th after lap 1. A incident with a team mate put him back to 10th after the first few laps but Alfie clawed back to P7 with a near to perfection drive gaining 12 positions.
